Shungite is 99% carbon and its benefits sometimes leave people wondering why this knowledge is hidden from society. Shungite (found in Russia) was used in ancient times to purify water. Do you know what your water filter uses to “purify” water? Activated carbon grains, same as Shungite.

Charge your water with a Shungite plate to get the same benefits. It also assists in killing viruses and bacteria. Not only that but it acts as a protective shield from electromagnetic field emissions. Put Shungite near any electronic devices to protect you from  electromagnetic irradiation. In the spirit realm, use Shungite when dealing with negative thoughts and for protection. 

Clear Quartz has three functions: it amplifies, magnifies, and it is programmable. For instance, if you have anxiety and don't have an amethyst, program your clear quartz to work as an amethyst and it will be happy to do so. Use it for gridding your sacred space, raising the vibration, or during meditation. Clear Quartz also has the highest vibration in the gem world. 

Kindly note that natural Shungite tends to leave stains due to high carbon in them. You can simply wash it by using warm water several times for every use and the stain will eventually decrease. 

For best results: Keep your stone approximately within 12 inches from your aura field. To know how far your aura field is, extend your arms as if you are pointing at someone in front of you. If you trace the distance between the longest finger to your shoulder it will give you an idea how far your aura field is.
